Elevate Your Life School Program - Youth Motivational Speaker and Mentor Jason Queen

Elevate Your Life - School Program Overview

(Each program is custom fit to the school’s needs)

Our programs are designed to help students overcome adversity, increase classroom participation, improve attitudes, behaviors, grades, and overall graduation rates. Our programs easily connect with misunderstood students often deemed "At-Risk." This program is intended to help those students identify the importance of their life choices right now, as well as the long term impact they can have on their dreams and goals, even if they may not be able to see it yet.

"Elevate Your Life" serves as a means to address the significant emotional, social, and semantic blocks that impact this particular group of students.

Students will learn how to stop focusing on the negativity around them and instead focus on the positive things, like who they want to become and where they want to go in life. They will learn the value of building the right relationships, how to set good boundaries, how to become a good friend and student, and how to ask for help. They will learn the value of their teachers, coaches, and parents. Students will learn how to align their priorities so they can remove distractions and create momentum in their life. They will discover how to take one next step at a time towards those goals.

They will learn how to think about themselves and life in a more positive light, gaining the confidence to step into any arena and flourish, all characteristics known to elevate academic performance, increase attendance, and raise classroom participation.

Cultivating A Champion Mindset

"Cultivating A Champion Mindset" serves as a means to motivate and inspire those students who have untapped potential. Students who participate in this program will be highly motivated to step up their school game as well as their over all life. Some of the topics we cover in this program are:

Champions Don’t Make Excuses - Students learn how excuses are actually the enemy of your destiny and will keep you from unlocking your full potential. You can have excuses, or you can have a champion mindset, but you can’t have both.

Champions Work Hard - Students discover the value of hard work and instead of running from it, they learn to embrace it in order to gain the mindset of a champion.

Champions Do Whatever It Takes - Students learn that barely showing up to class or just barely getting homework turned in, or only doing the bare minimum, is the opposite of a champion mindset. Real champions show up early and stay late and do whatever it takes.

Champions PUSH Past Their Limitations - Students discover that they are not alone and that all of us have limitations. The difference, is that champions don’t use them as an excuse, they use them as a reason to PUSH (persevere until success happens).

Champions Never Lose, We Only Learn - Students can learn from their losses instead of being defeated by them. Champions never lose we only learn. This mindset shift will help them as a student but also in life.

“Jason is not just an inspiration to our students, he's an inspiration and motivator to all. I was inspired by his champion mindset for everyone.”

Here's why our programs are so effective…

CONNECTION:

Jason Queen was the text book definition of being "At-Risk", but as he turned his life around, he graduated with high honors. His ability to see life from both ends allows him to connect with all students in a very unique and powerful way. He understands how life outside of school can directly impact what happens on campus.

UNDERSTANDING:

One of the things Jason heard over and over was how he “wasn't going to succeed”, and how he would “just be another statistic”. Most didn't take the time to understand his life and only judged him on his behavior when he acted out. One of the things he learned as he overcame, was your current reality doesn’t have to be your future condition, and also how important your beliefs are, how they impact your behaviors. We use this to help students cancel out any of the false identity beliefs like "I'm too stupid", "I'm not like everyone else, I can't do it", "I just feel hopelessness."

MEETING THEM WHERE THEY'RE AT:

One of the things we do really well is meet students where they're at. We let them them know there's zero judgement for where they are, and then we show them a better way forward. Once we win the heart, there is no argument.

Our mission is to empower every student to become a rising star on their campus by developing a strong mindset, creating a lasting character & learning leadership skills for life.
